I love writing. Whether it’s writing a short article or checking off a grocery list, there’s an incredible sense of satisfaction that comes from being done.

And since I love being consistent and efficient with my writing and notetaking, I have a handful of tools that I turn to repeatedly. They have become ingrained into my daily routine, and I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Here are my favorite tools to improve productivity and consistency in my writing:

  1. Notion: Notion is a swiss army writing and task management suite that allows you to create reusable templates, calendars, and timelines, and it plays well with automation apps, so you can create reminders or alerts whenever you’re falling out of practice
  2. Typeshare: Typeshare is an app that allows you to write internet content once and post across Twitter, LinkedIn, and Medium. It tracks your writing streaks on a calendar and comes pre-loaded with awesome short format templates.
  3. Steno Pad: The Steno Pad is a small top ring notepad, perfect for daily journals. Since the binding is at the top, each page feels the same as the last, and the size tends to be perfect for jotting down short ideas or reflections.

If you use any of these tools, let me know what you think!
